How long will it be until my order is ready to be shipped?

It usually takes about 3-5 days to be shipped. Please keep in mind that I work with a local print and art shop in my area and all work is done in-house. It is a small, but mighty print and art shop that works very hard to print, custom cut and assemble each order to their high quality standards. I will always try my best to communicate any unexpected delays! :)

Is my order delayed?

I fulfill my orders with a local print and art shop. If there are any delays, I will communicate them with you, as soon as I receive information about it.

Will my framed print be ready to hang?

Yes! It definitely will be. A hanging wire is installed and a hook is included with every frame. Please check my product photos for a visual of how the back of your framed print looks.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $7.50 CAD across Canada. At the moment, I am only shipping within in Canada. Once I find a good solution for shipping to the USA and countries outside of Canada and the USA, I will update you! Please sign up to my newsletter for updates! I am sorry for any inconveniences.

What about duties?

Once shipping outside of Canada is figured out, I plan to have the shipping cost inlcude the cost of duties, so you should not have to pay any additional fees once you get your art.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email.

What is the return and refund policy?

• orenjpiko does not offer refunds and does not accept returns

• If your order was damaged in transit, reach out with clear photos and a description of the issue and the order will be reviewed

• orenjpiko does not replace orders that are marked as ‘delivered’

  • Please ensure you check with your local post office and with neighbours

  • If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out and explain your situation

• If your package seems to be lost in transit, please reach out with your order information and the order will be reviewed

Do you put together orders yourself?

I work with a local print and art shop! They are amazing and work very hard to print, custom cut and assemble each order to their high quality standards. They also package the orders, as well. I have some future product ideas that I may be sending out myself. Stay tuned!

Who are the characters in the illustrations? Are they from shows or books?

These are all original characters! They come from my imagination and all have their own lore! Please check out my Youtube channel to find out more about their worlds!

How is your art made?

My framed art prints, stand alone prints and mini prints are hand drawn with ink and markers! I create various sketches and use a lightbox to create the final version. Please check out my Art Chit Chats on Youtube for more details!

How often do you make new products?

Once I get this website going, I think I’ll have a much easier time getting into the groove of creating a routine for making new art! I hope to offer you new creations as often as I can!
